CANNACHAT Technologies LLC (d/b/a CANNACHAT) (“CANNACHAT”) is a SaaS company that provides a digital communication platform for licensed dispensaries in the United States and Canada.
CANNACHAT does not sell, transport, deliver, or hold any physical cannabis products.
We do not process payments for the sale of any cannabis products. Payment processing, order delivery, and in-store pick-up is facilitated directly through our dispensary customers, and their third-party menu service providers.
As part of our ongoing client compliance process, we confirm that each of our customers hold active retail and delivery cannabis licenses in their respective legal jurisdictions.
